Our Approach
For most people, the language learning experience stops at school. Working from a text book towards a specific qualification with a class of 30 students may not be the most rewarding experience.
You will find that our approach here at HS Language Services, is quite different. We use our own tried and tested teaching methods and materials to ensure that all of your sessions are relevant, accessible and fun. If you are enjoying yourself and feel relaxed and at ease, you will learn more and be keen to continue.
Business German courses
Our German language courses for business are taught by our team of native speaker German tutors who will ensure that you benefit from a course designed specifically to your and your company’s needs. You may require a full day’s workshop, regular tuition or both.
1-2-1 coaching
Our German GCSE, A-level and Common Entrance level 1-2-1 coaching are available on both a 1-2-1 and small group basis, and we are very flexible about when, where and how these are scheduled. Don’t worry about being too embarrassed to speak, or that you’ll forget everything during your exam. Our experienced tutors will help you with techniques to make those qualifications easy to achieve.
Adult education classes
Our evening classes run for 10 weeks per term, in September, January and May of each year. We design the course ourselves, using authentic materials, to teach you ‘real’ German , the language that you will need in Germany and when talking to German people. Our tutors are all trained to make the sessions as fun and accessible as possible, and to take away the fear of learning a language.
