Andy Gorton

French, German, Spanish and English tutor

Andy has been involved in teaching languages for over 27 years in England, France and Germany. He graduated from Queen Mary College, University of London, where he studied European Studies (French), including History, Politics and Spanish. He spent a year teaching English in a "challenging" school near Paris, centre of the recent rioting! He then spent 22 years in the RAF travelling the world, teaching German among other subjects, before returning to Lincolnshire to become a French, Spanish and German teacher in the school he left in 1980. He is also a qualified Member of the Chartered Institute of Linguists in 3 languages.

He is fascinated by foreign languages and tries to inspire his students to see how language is reflection of the people and their culture.

Andy tutors all ages in and around the Boston area.
